Lotteries and Raffles

The Commission is responsible for the approval of lotteries and raffles. There are several classifications:

1. Small lotteries incidental to certain entertainments

2. Lotteries promoted by societies or clubs

3. Lotteries for charitable and benevolent purposes

4. Hotel lotteries

5. Private lotteries

6. Business lotteries
