Gaming Supplier Application

Please follow the instructions below to submit an application to the Commission:

1. Download the Gaming Supplier Application Form (click the link)

2. Download the Background Check Release Authorization Form (click the link)

3. Download the MJPHD Form (click the link)

4. Download the Gaming Supplier Renewal Application Form (click the link). Only download this if you are renewing your licence.

5. Complete the forms, and submit them to applications@bgc.bm

A representative of the Commission will respond to your submission as soon as possible.
